Through the livelihoods approach, we can understand how people/communities create a livelihood, and how they try to survive. The lives of lowland rice farmers on the outskirts of Palembang City are inseparable from the problem of the water regime conditions of the lowlands with all the impacts it causes as well as social and economic aspects and resource aspects (land conversion) from agriculture to residential and housing land. This research aims to 1) analyze the level of business diversity of farmer households, 2) calculate the amount of income of lowland rice farmer households from the on farm, off farm and non farm sectors. 3) distribute the contribution of various incomes from the off-farm and non-farm sectors to the household income of lowland rice farmers on the outskirts of Palembang City. The data used and the analysis carried out used a combination of primary survey data and qualitative data from the results of in-depth interviews with a sample of 32 families. The results of the research show that the diversity of household businesses of lebak farmers on the outskirts of Palembang City, with the calculation of the entropy index, obtained a value of 0.73. This shows that the efforts made by household members are very good. diverse. The average income from rice farming is Rp. 16,168,113.32 /lg/yr and its contribution to the household is moderate (54.96%), the average non-rice farming income is Rp. 4,319,548.42/year with its contribution to households in the low criteria category (14.68%), and the average non-farming income is IDR. 8,928,750.00/year and its contribution to households in the medium criteria category (30.35%).</p> Komala Sari M. The time and place of this research will be carried out in June 2023 on pepper farmers in Air Gegas Village, South Bangka Regency. The data collection <em>used are observation, interview, and questionnaire methods. The data analysis method uses quantitative descriptive and logistic binary regression with SPSS tools. The statistic data of a premier national estate of 2021-2023 shows palm oil plantations in the provinces of Indonesia. One of the principal producers of the Sumatra palm is the Province of Southern Sumatra. The data for the productivity of palm plantations in the province of southern Sumatra, particularly in Penukal Abab Lematang Ilir (Pali) regency shows significant potential. In 2022, the palm palm productivity in the pali regency was showing good results, especially in Abab district that became a major production. The aim of the study is to determinate the proportion food and non-food expenditures of palm oil and evaluate the welfare rate of palm oil farmers in Abad district Penukal Abab Lematang Ilir Regency. Research methode used is the survey method for collecting primary data from plasma farmers. Secondary data comes from a variety of sources, including statistical central agency, agricultural and palm company services in the region. This research aims to find out farmers' preferences in using digital marketing as a marketing tool. Study the case of the Okiagaru Marketing Cooperative. The sample was taken from 50 respondents who were members of the Okiagaru group. The analysis method uses Conjoint analysis. The results of the analysis show that the use of Digital Marketing is preferred by farmers with a level of interest in having broad and specific targets of 31.31%. Farmers also agree that promotional media using digital media is better than using Billboard/Spandak with an importance level of 25.15%. Marketing media is preferred using WEB sites and social media compared to market places with an importance level of 15.82%. Farmers prefer using cellphones or tablets compared to desktops with an interest level of 4.70%. The intensity of rice cultivation in lebak rice fields which is generally only once a year period (IP 100) can be increased to twice a year (IP 200). By increasing the IP of rice, it has opened up opportunities for rice farmers to increase their income. However, there are still obstacles so that IP 200 is still not 100 percent implemented by paddy farmers in Keramasan Village.. After 6 years of IP 200 technology being applied to lebak swamplands in Palembang City, it is deemed necessary to carry out an analysis related to the socio-economic performance of farmers in adopting IP 200 rice planting system technology. The purpose of this study is to identify and compare the social and economic performance of farmers in adoption of IP 200 cropping system technology. The sampling method used was Disproportionated Stratified Random Sampling, where each level of stratification was represented by 17 farmers who applied the IP 200 rice cropping system technology innovation and 17 farmers who did not apply the IP 200 rice cropping system technology innovation. Analysis of the data used to identify socio-economic diversity in a descriptive qualitative way using farming analysis and business risk analysis.</p> <p>The results of the analysis explain that there are differences in social rationality between farmers applying IP 200 innovation technology and farmers who do not apply IP 200 lowland rice technology. The different variables are the sample farmer's age, education, farming experience, origin, land ownership status, pest attack, disease, frequency of extension, activeness in farmer groups and farmer motivation.
