Abstract

State authority disputes are the constitutional authority of the Constitutional Court. The Petitioner in the Procedural Law of Disputes on the Authority of State Institutions is a state institution that meets the criteria of subjectum litis in the Constitutional Court. The results of this community service show that the authority of the Constitutional Court does not specifically regulate state institutions that can become lytic subjects of the Constitutional Court, there is a gap that is accommodated by the Constitutional Court in several decisions.
